Brenda French
Team Leader/ Strata Manager
Brenda has been in the Real Estate industry for almost 30 years, first commencing her career in the seaside city of Mandurah where she completed her Property Investment Management qualifications. Enjoying all the challenges that the industry offers, she quickly completed the Strata Agent Management Course and Sales Representatives License and became a REIWA accredited Residential Property Management Specialist. Brenda joined the PRD team in 2016 and now oversees an ever-growing Strata Management Portfolio. Brenda enjoys working with the fantastic team of Strata Managers, agents and administration staff and is using her extensive skills in the industry as well as expanding experience with further training and growth. Always looking to improve herself and the team, Brenda always aims to upkeep her skills and keep up to date with changes to the industry. She looks forward to always bringing new ideas into the office, creating efficiency and inspiration!

Serena Vivian
Strata Manager
Serena has been working for Care Property since 2020. She was quickly promoted from Receptionist to Strata Assistant and then to Strata Manager, a position she has held since 2022. Serena has over 10 years experience in hospitality management and is finishing up a Bachelors of Commerce degree majoring in Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management and another Bachelors degree in Marketing. Whilst she is young, she is extremely professional, with an attention to detail and prides herself on offering the best customer service to all of her clients.

Gemma Saint
Strata Manager
A fun-loving red head, Gemma is new to Strata and Australia. Despite not working in the strata industry for long, Gemma is eager to learn and her helpful nature slots in perfectly with assisting the Strata Managers in day-to-day tasks. Gemma has worked her whole life in the customer service industry and is always striving to be better and to do better.

Drew Jones
Building Manager
After moving to Perth from Sydney in 2020 with his wife and beautiful daughter, Drew took up the position of Facilities Manager with Care Property in January 2021 after working as a facility manager at a naval base in Sydney. Drew oversees the management of repairs, maintenance works within my properties in South of the River, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards. Drew is the lead on both reactive and preventative maintenance of properties, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors regularly. Ensuring compliance with WHS & Environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment whilst managing relationships with authorities, contractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring seamless service delivery and cost-effective maintenance solutions. Drew is a keen Liverpool supporter and UFC fan but spends most of his time with my 8-year-old daughter Maddie.

Sani Mohd
Concierge/Building Manager
Sani has been an integral part of Care Property WA as a Building Manager for the past 3 years. With a solid foundation in customer service as concierge personnel since 2019. Sani has honed a comprehensive understanding of maintaining exceptional standards in building safety, upkeep, and tenant satisfaction. Recognized for meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach, Sani is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all building functions, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating repairs, and addressing resident inquiries. Dedicated to upholding the highest level of service, he has worked tirelessly to create a positive and efficient environment for both residents and contractors alike.

Dave Mueller
Facilities Manager
Dave has a broad area of maintenance coordination and delivery experience over his 35 year career history. Very much a “people person” he communicates easily with both contractors and clients to ensure smooth day to day delivery of services. As a relatively new member to the Care Property team, Dave brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a happy, can-do personality.

Richard Hopkins
Strata Accounts
Richard is a CPA with a Law minor and a passion for Strata Accounting. He is also a keen follower of the WA AFL teams (don’t hold it against him if you see him wearing purple!) & Wallabies in Rugby Union. Being environmentally minded he mostly transports around on his bicycle.

Kara Fasey
Administration Assistant
Originally starting in Property Management with PRD Real Estate in Broome, I moved into the Strata division doing administration and accounting, having previous experience. After moving to Perth for family reasons I worked remotely for a year before coming on board with the Care Property Strata team, starting as an assistant before moving to a Strata Manager whilst maintaining the accounting side of my portfolio. Accounting is something I love to do.

Fynah Venesse
Administration Assistant
Fynah has been working as an Administration Assistant for the past five years, supporting Strata and Property Managers by ensuring everything runs smoothly. With experience as a team administrator, Fynah is known for her strong organizational skills and efficiency, always finding ways to improve processes and solve problems. She takes great care in providing support to her team, ensuring everything is in place so they can focus on what they do best. Outside of work, Fynah enjoys spending time with her cat, exploring programming projects, and designing websites — all things that keep her creativity flowing!
